  • SysAid HelpDesk Agent — To enable the full features of the HelpDesk system, download this file to your desktop, then double-click the icon to install the agent. Just click OK/Next/Finish etc as needed to step through the automatic installation routine, accepting the pre-set configuration.
  • Belarc system diagnostic — Click the link to go to the Belarc web site where you can download this useful diagnostic utility. Download and run the program to inventory your hardware and software.
  • Startup Control Panel — Link to a useful utility program to help locate and control programs that start automatically.
  • OLD: UltraVNC remote control software — If you need the full VNC remote control program, this is it.
  • OLD: SingleClick remote support — Download or run this program to initiate a remote support session
  • EchoVNC — the "firewall friendly" version of VNC remote control — this is the program we're now using to deliver unattended remote support to clients who request that service.
  • InstantVNC — Download and run this program to initiate a remote support session. This is the "firewall friendly" version of the SingleClick program we used previously.
  • QBsupport-InstantVNC — Download and run this program to initiate a QuickBooks remote support session. This is the InstantVNC remote control utility with the parameters pre-set for QuickBooks support.
